2025 | Namur-Masina (Kinshasa) cooperation: rehabilitation of district offices and municipal infrastructure

As part of the Namur-Masina municipal international cooperation (CIC) programme, supported by Belgian development cooperation and directed by the UVCW (Union des Villes et des Communes de Wallonie), a four-lot contract launched in 2024 made it possible to carry out priority infrastructure works in the municipality of Masina during 2025:

1. Refurbishment of the building housing the Mandiangu and Pelende district offices;
2. Renovation of the Kasaï district office;
3. Rehabilitation of the Congo district office;
4. Paving of the Civil Status, Population and Archives offices of Masina City Hall.
