2025 | Presentation of the digital creative ecosystem of Namur to the Ambassador of Norway

On 25 March 2025, His Excellency Mr Jørn Gloslie, Ambassador of Norway to Belgium was welcomed to Namur by Mr Denis Mathen, Governor of the Province of Namur, for a visit focused on culture and digital development.

At the Pavillon, a round table reunited representatives of the KIKK Festival, the Pavillon, Namur 2030 and other local stakeholders. Charlotte Braibant, Namur’s focal point, presented the recognition of Namur as a UNESCO Creative City in the field of media arts, its emblematic projects such as the NID, as well as its international collaborations, including the Namur-Lafayette mural and partnerships with the Cities of Quebec and Hué (Vietnam), highlighting the vitality of the city’s digital scene and its international influence.
