2026 | Meeting between the Acting Mayor and the Consul General of France

On 6 February 2026, Ms Charlotte Bazelaire, Acting Mayor of the City of Namur, welcomed Mr Sébastien Jaunet, Consul General of France in Brussels, at the City Hall. The meeting took place in the presence of Mr David Dannevoye, Honorary Consul of France.

This courtesy visit provided an opportunity to talk about the ecosystem of Namur, the presence of French citizens in the region, as well as the organisation of the consular elections scheduled for 31 May 2026.
