Description

Cluj-Napoca is the capital of Transylvania in Romania. It is the second most populous city in Romania.

Namur and Cluj-Napoca maintain relations within the framework of the Francophonie and the European Union. Projects between the two cities focus mainly on education, French-language cinema and health, including social inclusion. They signed an agreement in 2010.
